Traitement

Si les groupes de travail s'occuppent plus particulièrement de thématiques, les réseaux sont centrés sur les relations avec l'Europe et certaines zones géographiques. Les réseaux organisent également des conférences et des séminaies. Ils peuvent recevoir des subventions de l'Union Européenne dans le cadre notamment des programmes PHARE, TACIS, MED, CIVIS,...
