Intra-EFTA discussions covered : state aid to exports; surveillance in the EEA. Discussion with the EC covered: integration of the acquis; the notion of “common European interest”; aid to research and development; the seventh Directive on Shipbuilding; revised draft basic provisions; practical aspects of surveillance and enforcement; Annexes: integration of the seventh shipbuilding directive; Commission communication on the method for the application of Art. 92 (3) (a) and (c) to regional aid 88/C212/02; draft basic provisions on state aid.

Historique de la conservation

Les documents présents dans ce fonds ont été collectés par Philippe Nell durant son travail à la Confédération lors des négociations sur l'Espace économique européen (EEE). Ils ont étés par la suite conservés chez lui à son domicile. A partir de 2021-2022, Philippe Nell a entrepris un classement et un inventaire de ces documents parallèlement à la rédaction de son ouvrage, Négociations Suisse - Union européenne : regard critique sur deux grands échecs et nouveaux espoirs.

Traitement

En 2022, Philippe Nell a fourni un répertoire de ses documents et à été soumis à la Fondation.Le présent inventaire a été rédigé et complété par Philippe Klein en mars 2026, sur la base du répertoire établi par Philippe Nell.
